we really devolved as a society when we stopped using fully painted pictures on romance novels and started using cheap photoshop instead
worst crime capitalism ever committed was eliminating Horny Oil Painter as a viable career option.
So great news actually the horny oil painter style is starting to make a comeback with millennials who’re into adult romance novels, but not in the way you expect!
Anna Moshak is the artist!
is the dragon looking for another bride 👀

“What did Pushkin do, it’s unfair to cancel him” Oh? And what did Skovoroda do to deserve his legacy being destroyed? Prymachenko? Ayvazovsky? Tarnovsky?
Here is a reality check: if you stop promoting russian culture until the war ends, it is not going to wither away. But ukrainian culture does. It is being looted and destroyed right now for a single sin of being ukrainian. But instead of doing everything in our power to protect what we still can, woke westerners once again are stumbling over their feet to comfort russians who aren’t being a centre of universe’s attention for one fuckin minute. Imperialists do flock together. Яке йшло, таке й здибало.
a ukrainian in need of funds! I've been postin bout it for a while but it's frustratin cuz it never picks up any traction. :)) but my dad is the only one in my family who has a job rn (mom got fired right b4 the war, my little brother n two grannies can't work) n im a volunteerin student (I spend 12-14 hours every day volunteerin, mostly skippin sleep tbh) n ykno w the WAR n stuff goin on itd b nice if someone sent in a buck or two to pay for my groceries n student tuition. thank uuu. 💗
When I was 7 or 8 years old, we had a school trip to the World War 2 museum. They told us about the concentration camps, about the mass executions. They showed us artifacts from the times of the nazi occupation. Gloves made out of human skin. A bar of soap made out of human fat. The shoes, the clothes, the teeth of the prisoners.
Needless to say, it traumatized me. I couldn't sleep for weeks after that school trip. I was scared, I was terrified of it happening again. I kept imagining myself and my friends and family in those camps, being tortured, tormented, executed.
I remember really clinging to the words "Never again" that I heard on TV, in a news report about the 8th of May commemorations across Europe. Back then, it sounded like a promise, like a reassurance.
And now I realise just how empty those words were. Because ALL of this IS happening AGAIN. And the world just watches on. Especially the very nation who did this last time, with particular cynicism.
My fears turned out to be a prophecy.
"The future of Ukraine directly depends on the strength of our resistance - in all its forms. The future of us all. Each of our cities, each of our villages. And I am grateful to everyone who realizes this. Who does not stop resisting even when it seems that the result is very far. Because the darkest time is always before dawn"-Zelensky
